Spouse

This screen holds the client's spouse. Portions of this data section are available from insert buttons on the form. Toggling the registration type box to SPOUSE will swap this information into the primary client’s fields within a given form.

Spouse General Information — When the registration type is SPOUSE, this information will be substituted into the primary client’s fields in the form. When the registration type is JOINT, then the spouse is added as the joint owner.

ID Numbers — This area contains the primary contact ID numbers for drivers license, passport, and green card.

Employment — This information is used in the same way the general Spouse data above is used. As with the client, the employer phone number is the "Daytime" phone number on forms.
