Registration Type

Data populated automatically into most forms are dependent on the values of registration type changed by the user from the toggle box at the top of each form window. By default forms load with the "INDIVIDUAL" registration unless the form contains no registration types. Below are descriptions of each registration type (shown in bold).

Individual Accounts: These choices will draw data from the client's basic information:

INDIVIDUAL - The primary client's information is placed in the form.

SPOUSE - The spouse name, birth date, SSN, and employer information replaces that of the client on the form. This data comes from the Spouse tab within the client data.

Business Accounts: These choices will draw data from the corporate section within the client data:

CORPORATE, PARTNERSHIP, & NON-PROFIT

Minors: These choices will draw data from the Trust/FBO fields within the client data. If this is not the desired information most forms also contain insert buttons to select from the dependents or assigned beneficiaries:

UTMA, UGMA, & CUSTODIAN

Joint Accounts: These choices will draw data from both the client and spouse information by default:

COMMUNITY PROPERTY, TENANTS IN COMMON, & TENANTS BY ENTIRETY

JTWROS - This is used as an "all purpose" Joint-registration type on some forms.

Miscellaneous registration types:

TRUST — Draws from the trust/UTMA/UGMA fields

OTHER — Erases all data pulled automatically.
