Laser App Anywhere form window has the following components:
1. Print Preview - Renders all forms loaded as a PDF to facilitate local device printing
2. Save - Store the group of forms as a work in progress
3. Reload - Reload data on all forms; this will overwrite any information manually added and restore fields to the data provided by the launching service
4. Selecting Forms - this is how you change between multiple forms that have been loaded
5. Print Preview - Renders the currently selected form as a PDF to facilitate local device printing
6. Post - Send data from the currently selected form to a server collecting data (only available if the form loaded has been configured for data posting)
7. Reload - This will overwrite any information manually added to the currently selected form and restore fields to the data provided by the launching service
8. Registration Type - Select the registration type that determines which information is placed on the form
9. Page tabs - Change between pages of the currently selected form
10. Form itself - This is where you enter information that was not available from the client data that passed into Laser App Anywhere
If you have only selected to fill out a single form, the functions for selecting, printing, posting and reloading all forms are no longer necessary:
