Before Publishing Form Groups, you must create the form group. This places the group in the Pre-flight Form Groups section. Once you have created the groups, you can follow these instructions to publish them.
1. First, select the Dashboard tab from the top of the screen.
2. Next, select Pre-Flight Form Groups from the Forms menu of the Dashboard. The entry on the list is titled Publish to Company Groups. Select Publish to Company Groups
3. You must confirm that you wish to publish all form groups to all users. Press cancel to return to creating or editing groups. Press continue to publish groups to users.
4. Wait while the system processes the request. The form groups are now published to users with accounts with your firm.
