Client Data View

To view current contact data available to fill forms:

 

Under the Dashboard Active Form Data click the Client Data button:

 

 

 

Along the top, a new tab will launch titled Current Contact

 

 

 

 

Along the left hand side of the screen are tabs to choose between Client, Spouse, Beneficiaries, Corporation/Trust, and Banking/Finances. Contact data are single records only. When you first login, only a sample record is present. Data must come from an automating party during launch or from a CRM Pull Action. At each launch the last contact record is discarded and replaced with the current.

 

Note: If data values are changed here they will not be refreshed in any active forms until the form is reloaded.
