Remote Signing

Remote Signing Authorities are systems that perform electronic signature validation from a third party web site. The form is posted electronically over the Internet to the third party who in turn contacts each "recipient".

Recipient contact is typically made by an email containing an invitation link to the signing authority's web site to begin the signing process (sometimes referred to as a "Signing Ceremony") . When all recipient signers have completed the process the authority will pass the completed document back to the original sender in the process (i.e., the holder of the signing authority account).

Non-administrative users can learn more about the supported remote signing authorities in this topic.

Laser App Anywhere currently supports DocuSign (configuration), e-SignLive ® (formerly Silanis) (configuration), SIGNiX (configuration), and Adobe Sign {formerly "Echo Sign"} (configuration) as available signing authorities.

If you have any question regarding these options please contact your Laser App account manager.
